Mercedes-Benz recalled M Class vehicles built between 1 January 2011 and 31 December 2011. It has been established that if the vehicle is fitted with all weather or ribbed floor mats the accelerator/throttle pedal may contact the floor mat. The dealer will check if the vehicle is fitted with all weather/ribbed floor mats. You won't usually pay for it.1

What’s Wrong

It has been established that if the vehicle is fitted with all weather or ribbed floor mats the accelerator/throttle pedal may contact the floor mat. Although this will just be a temporary contact this could delay the accelerator/throttle pedal releasing.
