Nissan recalled Juke vehicles built between 25 January 2012 and 6 May 2014. The fuel pressure sensor may not have been tightened to the correct specification. The dealer will tighten fuel pressure sensor on affected vehicles. You won't usually pay for it.1

What’s Wrong

The fuel pressure sensor may not have been tightened to the correct specification. Heat and engine vibration may cause the sensor to loosen and in extreme cases allow fuel to leak.

DVSA's Original Wording

Concern: FUEL MAY LEAK Defect: On affected vehicles the fuel pressure sensor may not have been tightened to the correct specification. Heat and engine vibration may cause the sensor to loosen and in extreme cases allow fuel to leak. Remedy: Tighten fuel pressure sensor on affected vehicles

The Risk

If the fault occurs, the recall notice says it could cause the sensor to loosen and in extreme cases allow fuel to leak.

The Fix

The dealer will tighten fuel pressure sensor on affected vehicles.
