Porsche recalled Cayenne vehicles built between 1 March 2003 and 1 March 2003. The ground connection between the thread of the tank filler neck and the connecting pipe to the fuel tank may not be sound which may result in an electrostatic charge which in rare cases could create a spark which could ignite fuel vapours in the area outside of the tank filler neck which could lead to a muffled detonation. The dealer will inspect and if necessary rework ground connection. You won't usually pay for it.1
