Vauxhall recalled Insignia B vehicles built between 6 March 2017 and 11 April 2018. The Central Door Locking (CDL) might unlock the doors while the vehicle is parked or the doors can only be unlocked with the mechanical key. The dealer will seal both A-pillar areas above the door connectors with sealer to avoid water ingress to the door connector. You won't usually pay for it.1

What’s Wrong

The Central Door Locking (CDL) might unlock the doors while the vehicle is parked or the doors can only be unlocked with the mechanical key. This is caused by inadequate sealing allowing water ingress into the door connector.
