Aston Martin recalled Vantage vehicles built between 1 April 2009 and 30 September 2012. It has been established that the Tyre Pressure Management System (TPMS) ECU had been installed with incorrect specification software for the front axle. The dealer will install the correct software. You won't usually pay for it.1
What’s Wrong
It has been established that the Tyre Pressure Management System (TPMS) ECU had been installed with incorrect specification software for the front axle. The software allows for a greater tyre pressure difference between tyres on the front axle. If this occurs it could in extreme circumstances affect the stability and directional control of the vehicle.
