Ferrari recalled 208, 328 vehicles built between 1 January 1986 and 31 December 1988. The lower front suspension arm mounting forks could deform after a substantial impact (for example after an accident) and should this condition remain unnoticed the eventual result could be the failure of the forks resulting in the collapse of the front suspension. The dealer will fit an uprated stronger mounting fork. You won't usually pay for it.1
