Fiat recalled Ducato vehicles built between 1 September 2011 and 30 September 2011. It is possible the rear axle leaf spring retaining bolts were not tightened to the correct specification during production. The dealer will replace the U bolts with new items and tighten them to the correct specification. You won't usually pay for it.1
What’s Wrong
It is possible the rear axle leaf spring retaining bolts were not tightened to the correct specification during production. This could allow movement between the axle and leaf spring. In extreme circumstances this could cause the vehicle to lose control.
