Nissan recalled NV400 vehicles built between 22 November 2016 and 24 April 2025. The AdBlue Dosing Module may not have been initialised during the production process. The dealer will check the AdBlue dosing control module (ADCM) activation status. You won't usually pay for it.1

What’s Wrong

The AdBlue Dosing Module may not have been initialised during the production process. In this condition the AdBlue Dosing Module does not trigger AdBlue injection and therefore NOx emissions are not controlled.

DVSA's Original Wording

Concern: Nv400 X62 AdBlue Dosing Inactive Defect: For affected vehicles the AdBlue Dosing Module may not have been initialised during the production process.
