Suzuki recalled LTZ400 vehicles. The flame trap mesh fitted inside the air cleaner/filter box can become detached. The recall notice describes the fix as: recall the affected machines and replace the flame trap mesh with a modified version. You won't usually pay for it.1
What’s Wrong
The flame trap mesh fitted inside the air cleaner/filter box can become detached. It is possible that the mesh may enter the throttle body housing and jam the throttle valve. This may prevent the throttle from fully returning to its idle position.
