Ford recalled Tourneo Courier, Transit Courier vehicles built between 22 November 2023 and 26 January 2024. A number of Transit and Tourneo Courier vehicles have been identified where the warning chimes may not be operating as intended the chimes may not be audible which does not meet ECE regulation. The dealer will apply software update. You won't usually pay for it.1

For vehicles affected by this concern the overall functionality of the vehicle is not affected but some warning chimes may fail to sound including but not limited to intelligent speed assist forward & reverse park aid active cruise control collision warning lane departure & keeping warnings park brake seat belt minder.
