Mercedes-Benz recalled Esprinter vehicles built between 19 March 2020 and 15 December 2021. Concern: A SOFTWARE IMPLAUSIBILITY ERROR IN THE HV 'BATTERY GATEWAY' CONTROL UNIT MAY CAUSE THE CONTACTORS OF ALL HV BATTERIES TO BE OPENED UNNECESSARILY Defect: A software implausibility error in the HV �battery gateway� control unit may cause the contactors of all HV batteries to be opened unnecessarily. Remedy: Update the software of the HV �battery gateway� control unit.
