MINI recalled Mini Aceman, Minie 3DR vehicles built between 20 March 2026 and 13 April 2026. The Safety Recall relates to the interior rear-view mirror. The dealer will replace the windscreen on all vehicles. You won't usually pay for it.1

What’s Wrong

The Safety Recall relates to the interior rear-view mirror. The interior mirror mounting plate may not have been bonded to the windscreen sufficiently. Due to an insufficient adhesive surface on the mounting plate (bracket) the rearview mirror could become partially or even completely detached from the windshield. If the rearview mirror becomes partially or even completely detached this could impair the visibility while driving. In the event of an accident this could increase the risk of injury.
