Vauxhall Mokka Recalls In The UK: Every Safety Recall By Year And Build Date, And What To Do

Recall data from DVSA, updated 15 October 2026.

The Vauxhall Mokka has 23 UK safety recalls in DVSA records, 18 of them since 2020. The most common faults involve wheels and tyres and software. Enter your registration to see which apply to your car; you won't usually pay for a recall repair.1

Owners of the original Mokka (2012 to 2019) should check first for R/2025/511, Vauxhall's Takata driver's airbag recall, which covers 949,336 vehicle-records across eight models and is the largest single recall in DVSA's file. The Mokka X also had a brake pedal that could stick in high cabin temperatures (R/2021/063, 62,957 vehicle-records). The current Mokka, built by Stellantis since 2020, shares many recalls with Peugeot and Citroën: the DV5R diesel camshaft chain recall (R/2025/245), the 2025 fuel pipe recall (R/2025/282), the 2026 mild hybrid starter-generator cover recall (R/2026/072) and stop/start and stability control software updates (R/2025/416 and R/2025/451). The electric Mokka-e had an air conditioning compressor wiring recall shared with the Corsa-e and Combo-e (R/2023/139). See PureTech recalls and Takata airbag recalls. Any Vauxhall retailer can confirm by VIN.

What You Might Notice

Many recall faults give no warning at all, so a registration check is the only reliable way to know.2 See car recall symptoms.
