Ford recalled Transit Custom vehicles built between 12 July 2025 and 19 July 2025. A fracture of the shock absorber's top bush eye ring may result in reduced ride quality and compromised handling. The dealer will inspect and replace the rear shock absorbers if required. You won't usually pay for it.1
