Which Car Is It?
Choose the make and model so we can match recalls to your car.
Most Tesla Model 3 recalls are fixed with a software update sent over the air, so the main step for owners is to accept updates and check the recall shows as complete in the app. The largest, R/2025/104, updated the power steering software on 97,462 Model 3 and Model Y vehicle-records, because steering assistance could be reduced, and R/2025/002 corrected tyre pressure warning behaviour on 62,893 more. Some Model 3 recalls needed a part rather than software: R/2022/008 replaced a rear-view camera harness that could fail and leave no image on the screen, covering 26,618 cars. A 2025 recall (R/2025/049) dealt with the rear-view camera display again, by software. If a recall needs a part, book it through the Tesla app. The Model 3 has no stop-drive recalls in DVSA's data. See software recalls for how over-the-air fixes work.

What You Might Notice
Many recall faults give no warning at all, so a registration check is the only reliable way to know.2 See car recall symptoms.
